The other week, on behalf of Tesla Gigafactory 1, I attended the annual Fernley STEM Festival, which is open to all pre-K-12 students and adults in Northern Nevada including traditional public schools, homeschools, and charter schools.

There were lots of great scientific projects by students of all-ages, and the entire community got in on the fun: teachers, parents, kids, city council and everyone in-between.

It was a great opportunity to also talk to the community about Tesla, since the Gigafactory is a neighbor immediately to the east of Fernley.
